2.3 Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
1. User errors, such as purchasing the wrong course or service.
2. Dissatisfaction with the course content unless it significantly deviates from its description.
3. Expired or completed services.
4. Trial periods, unless explicitly mentioned.
2.4 Refund Request Process
1. Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of the transaction date.
2. Requests must include:
- Transaction ID or receipt.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors).
3. Refund requests can be submitted via email at Namaste@lyceuma.com.
4. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Requests
1. Users may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of the transaction if no part of the service has been accessed.
2. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Namaste@lyceuma.com with proof of purchase and the reason for cancellation.
3.2 Cancellation of Subscriptions
1. Users with recurring subscriptions may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
3.3 Cancellations by Lyceuma
Lyceuma reserves the right to cancel any order or service due to:
1. Fraudulent activity.
2. Breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Operational or technical issues that prevent the fulfillment of the service.

3. Lyceuma is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways during refund processing.
