2. User-Initiated Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. To initiate a data deletion request, users must:

1. Log in to their account.

2. Navigate to the Account Settings section.

3. Select the Delete My Account option.

4. Confirm the request by providing authentication details as prompted.

Upon successful submission, the data deletion process will commence, as described in Section 4.

3. Automatic Data Deletion

Inactive accounts may be subject to deletion after a specified period, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Users will receive prior notification via email before such actions are taken.

4. Deletion Process

• Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Lyceuma will remove all user-associated personal data from active databases within 30 days.

• Backups and archived data will be purged within 90 days, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

• Data retained for legal, contractual, or compliance reasons will be stored securely and deleted as soon as no longer required.

5. Exclusions

Certain data may not be deleted to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or resolve disputes. Users will be informed if any part of their data falls under these exceptions.

6. Third-Party Data Processors

If user data has been shared with third-party processors, Lyceuma will ensure deletion requests are communicated and acted upon in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
